Publish AcrGIS Pro DLLs to Nuget Package

Is it legally allowed to redistribute ArcGIS Pro assemblies as NuGet packages for internal/external to ArcGIS pro users use instead of using Esri.ArcGISPro.Extensions NuGet package for Jenkins build pool ?

Since we’re not redistributing that publicly is that allowed in the ArcGIS Pro license agreement ?
