Esri World Topographic Basemap Labelling Issue - Greyed out blurry labels when exported

Hi all!

I am experiencing this issue when I export Esri World Topographic Basemap (Server: https://cdn.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/7dc6cea0b1764a1f9af2e679f642f0f5/resources/styles/root.json) it makes the labels on the base go blurry and greyed out:

Does anybody know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
