His there a way to split polygons in equal areas using arcgis 10x? Perhaps a tool?

ArcMap seems to have a parcel division tool:

though I've never done parcel fabrics and can't give any more advice on this.

seems like a good option.

 

Would love to see the code behind these tools, this seemed like a very complex ask for irregular polygons.
