I purchased a personal account January of 2021. I am familiar with ArcMap, so I chose to install and use ArcGIS desktop 10.8.x. I want to begin using ArcGIS Pro, but I have a public account and I am unable to obtain a license file for Pro. Doe anyone have ideas regarding resolving this? Based on some other threads in these forums, it appear that my only resolution may be to create a brand new ESRI account, purchase a new license, and go through the steps to add on the Pro license. is there any other way?
