For point layers there is the option to choose whether the angles should be aligned according to Display or Map. (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/rotate-or-not-marker-symbols-with-the-map/m-p/1151201)
Yet, I do have a polygon and a line layer with point symbols, and I can't find that option there and the symbol rotates with the map instead of display. As I have different layouts for the same map, the display angle changes for every page. Is there a way to set "polygon-points" to rotate with the display?

Ah, just saw that it is there for polygons in 3.2, but not for the lines, unfortunately.
