In Arcgisonline I organised my data in different folders for my own account. Unfortunately these folders are not visible for my colleagues. Is there a way to organise all the data for the organisation in folders?

Hi Jurgen,
Unfortunately, folder organization is only available for your own content. If you want to organize things are a larger scale for the whole organization, you will need to use groups and/or categories.
