Smart Editor - start at top of form when clicking new point

I've noticed when using the smart editor that when I save and open a new point the new point editor opens the attributes in the same spot I ended the previous one. I would like it to automatically open the editor at the top instead so I can always start there rather than scrolling up.

@Laura , thank you for posting your idea! I just wanted to let you know that we won't be making any enhancements or behavior changes to the Smart Editor in Web AppBuilder at this time, as we are only focused on fixing critical bugs.

Web AppBuilder is planned to be retired at the end of 2025. Here's the link for more information:

I can't remember if it acts the same in EXB but I would like it see this there as well

@Laura Based on my observations, this behaves as expected in the new Edit widgets. Please let me know if you ever observe otherwise.
