asking this as I received this voxel file but I am not able to open it as it is not recognized by ArcGIS PRO.
I am trying to understand if I need to ask for a different format.

if your file extension is "*.vo" ArcGIS Data Interoperability also not supported.
Sorry for the typo I mean *.qb or *.vo file is not supported.
Either use MagicaVoxel or ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension to convert the file to ArcGIS readable format. I think *.gb file is not supported otherwise.
