Is there a way to getting user input as shapefile and publish it through Javascript API in enterprise portal?

Can we extend the functionality of below code Create a FeatureLayer from a shapefile | Sample Code | ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.27 | ArcGIS Developers

we want to add the publishing functionality after getting the user shapefile. How can we achieve that or modify the code.

I am not a professional in JavaScript nor coding, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
