Add place for adding data documentation link for Future Service

We show out our public data via Feature Service's. We have add the data documentation into the Feature Service description as a hyperlink, but if I look the data from the REST catalog or at the Feature Service metadata throug API Query I get plain text instead of hyperlink. 

Please consider to add a special place for holding the data documentation URL.
