ArcGIS Monitor service restart

Should the ArcGIS Monitor service be restarting?  I'm getting emails that the service restarted, but there's not any server maintenance that would stop processes on the server.  I received the first one Thursday 8/17 4:30 AM and the second Saturday 8/26 8:30 PM.

Hi James, is this for Monitor 2023 or Monitor Classic? Where are these email notifications being sent from?

To answer your question in regards to Monitor 2023: no, the service does not restart on it's own.
