Photo Attachments Blurry/Pixelated and Rotated 90 degrees

Question

I have just created an an InstantApp Attachment Viewer App in ArcGIS Online. When I upload photo attachments, some are skewed/rotated and all are very blurry/pixelated in the app. It doesn't matter which layout I choose, "Attachment Focused" or "Map Focused." The original photo files look fine and are clear/not blurry or pixelated,  NOT compressed, in .jpg format, with dimensions 3000x4000.

I forgot to mention, when I am in Portal editing the web map that the web app is based on, I can see that the photo thumbnails are rotated incorrectly and blurry, but when I click them and they open in a new browser window, they appear perfectly oriented and non-blurry.
