ArcGIS Hub- Email Site Metrics for All Hub Admins (Not Just Premium)

Hello Hub Team,

It appears the new email report capability is only for "Premium" Hub users: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-hub/constituent-engagement/your-arcgis-hub-site-metrics-in-your-inbox/

I propose you implement this functionality for all Hub types. As an Hub designer for two organizations (with experience creating 4 hub sites), I've seen multiple perspectives. This is a very useful functionality for stakeholders and I believe you're missing a large audience of governments and smaller no-profits that can't afford/justify purchasing a "premium" hub.

Please consider this for a future release.

Agreed, this would be a high value add for all Hub types and would likely increase usage of the platform, both free and premium.
