ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How to export the field name and field Alias of the attribute table of feature class?

 

I couldn’t figure out how export the field name and field Alias of the attribute table of feature class. What is available is an option to either export the field name or field Alias but not both of them in one go.

Nothing carries over the alias.  Not Copy, Export Table etc.  Table to Table comes closest, allowing you to do it manually, but that tool is the deprecation phase so don't get comfortable doing it.

You would have to code (not modelbuilder) this.  The amount of effort you are willing to put into it will depend if this is an absolute need, or a "nice"
