Zone Lookup "No Features Found that Meet Search Criteria" after updates

Ever since a recent ArcGIS internal webapp software update, specifically the zone zoom function, address searches are randomly returning "No Features Found that Meet Search Criteria" error. A hard refresh (ctrl + R), and repeating the search, will usually return results.
