Applying a gradient to an entire symbol set

Hello! I'm working on a personal project using ArcGIS Pro, and I'm trying to figure out how to uniformly change all the Solid Fill polygon symbols in my symbology to be Gradient Fill. I have 253 unique symbols, and I'd really love to not have to manually edit each one. I can't find anything online except similar questions to mine that go unanswered. Does ArcGIS really lack this function?

Try creating your desired gradient fill for one symbol and then save that as a style to the Gallery. Once it's in the Gallery you can use the More menu to Format All Symbols and select the saved style. To vary the colors, use the wheel to the right of Color Scheme to select options to apply the color ramp to the fill or outline or both.
