Data Dictionaries for Sewer and Stormwater Solutions

Are there data dictionaries anywhere for the ArcGIS Online solutions for Sewer Data Management and/or Stormwater Data Management?  Or any others concerning utility infrastructure?  Having definitions and requirements of fields would make data mapping much easier.

Also, our team is currently developing a Combined Sewer Data Management solution that should release at the end of June.
