Administer Hosted Services Sample Servers

Are there any sample servers for developing and testing against the Administering hosted services REST API?

Something similar to:

https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/

But for developing towards and testing things like adding a layer using:

https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/online/add-to-definition-feature-service-.htm
