I've created a maritime geodatabase and import some ENS products. Everything good so far but when it comes to delete or update a specific map in my geodatabase, i couldn't find a way to do it. Am i missing something?

Do you mean you want to delete an ENC from the database? The only way I could think of to do that would be to go through the tables and select based on the Dataset Name (DSNM) attribute, since each feature that is imported from a specific ENC will have its DSNM value on the record.
If I have misunderstood your question, please let me know.
