can i create an arcade expression library, so they are available for any map layer?

Question

I have two handy expressions that I want to add to the popups for multiple layers in my AGOL map.  Rather than build two new expressions in every popup, I would much rather create an expression "library" and then add the expressions to any map popups as needed.

This would save so much time. Is this possible?

Note: I'm using Map Viewer Classic.

In a recent Esri event (maybe the Midwest UC, I can't remember), it was mentioned that Arcade expressions would eventually become their own item type, so that expressions could be quickly saved and reused elsewhere.

For now, we just use GitHub and save our expressions as JS files, or embedded code blocks of markdown files.

I'd love this option! I don't think it exists, but would be a great post on the Ideas board.
