How does one change the basemap to one other then Light Gray Basemap when creating a project in Enterprise 10.9.1? Is there a way that there can be more layers added to the Track Viewer Map?
I add the layers to the map viewer and make my own Track Viewer. Within AGOL and within Enterprise, I have had issues with the Track Viewer not refreshing or updating the layer in the viewer. So I started to make my own.
