Join layers with ModelBuidler prefixes columns with the FC or table

Question

Hello,

When I Join layers with ModelBuidler prefixes columns with the FC or table.  This same join in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro  keeps only the column name.

How can I keep only the column name only in ModelBuilder?

Found that: "If you do not want to see the full field names like that, click the Table window's Table Options button and click Show Field Aliases"
