Measurement tools in instant apps

For Instant Apps that contain the Measurement Tools, please provide a configuration option to set default units (e.g.; English, Metric, etc.)

I had this same suggestion and @KellyHutchins answered it here with a workaround that worked for me:

Thanks Corey. I saw this workaround and implemented. I do have a question on that thread as well re: perimeter units of area shapes.
I would still like the config to be directly accessible in the Instant App configuration interface though, so I'ma gonna leave this idea up.
