Change Indicator Top Text w/ Arcade Advanced Formatting?

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has a code sample they can share for changing the top text attribute indicator for an indicator using advanced formatting. I have values that I have summed using a groupby() function but can't seem to access the text field indicating the type of inspection.

I've attached the results of the groupby() to show what I have in my data.
