nax library saveAsLayerFile creates an output layer file (.lyr) with no labelling

When trying to save as layer file (.lyr) an arcpy.nax.VehicleRoutingProblemResult or an arcpy.nax.RouteResult object the symbols are black without labels.

This doesn't occur when saving in lpkx format. Which i have to mention throws a runtime error when calling saveAsLayerFile if the results object workspace was "in_memory".

Any ideas?
