Hi
I'm using ArcGIS Pro, when I add pdf file or docx file as an attachment, it's added but when I click on the point I can't see the attachment!!
I added jpg and it's worked but pdf or docx not!!
is there any solution?

If you want to see it in the map pop-up, configure the layer to show files/links:

If you want to see the attachment data not via the popup, you can open it via the attributes pane:
