Starting with Arcmap10.8.2

I just start to open ArcMap 10.8.2. and it says "License: Connexion impossible à ArcGis License Manager s'exécutant sur l'hôte "Not_Set". What shoud I do! Thank you

Thank you so much! I've fixed the problem. One thing, should I download all "composants de produits", "données et contenu", "fichiers de prise en charge des bases de données", outils de développement",modules linguistiques" and install them with the ArcMap too? Thank you
