Export a basemap I created for use in the survey123 app

Question

I'm trying to export a base map I created with my own layers for use in the survey123 app. Right now I have the base map saved as a project in ArcGIS pro and am wondering what steps I need to take to get it to a format easily compatible with survey123 and the ArcGIS online. I've referenced some articles mentioning tile layers and sharing to a group but have found no success.

What exactly does that entail? Just opening the Tile Package in files?

The simplest solution is to "SideLoad" your tile package on the device running S123/Collector
