Is Symbol Editor demo sourcecode available?

Question

I really like what I see in this demo: ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET: Building Windows Apps - YouTube , especially the Symbol Editor.

I don't see the source for it here though: GitHub - Esri/arcgis-runtime-demos-dotnet: Demo applications provided by the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET Team

Is the source code available somewhere?
