Unable to Import Images from ImageList OIC

Could not extract coordinate info to add image:

I am unable to import from an ImageList. I have configured a csv file following the guidelines in the PDF. I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.0. I know I got this working a couple of years ago but thats back when OIC didnt handle terrestrial images around 45deg or so. I wanted to SEE if OIC has resolved those issues but I am unable to get the first parts to work of importing images. Also, Is there no way to give it an accurate Z to use? Help?
