In ArcGIS Online Scene you can filter a layer (eg. buildings) by drawing a polygon or select object (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-layers-in-scene.htm). It would be very nice if I could use an existing polygon (feature service) to do the filtering - thus be able to update the area for filtering from other clients, eg. in an edit session using Experience Builder.
would recommend tossing this under the ideas for ArcGIS Online 😁
