How can I create raster larger than the points boundary?

Let say I have 4 points,

(1,2)(2,2)

(1,1)(2,1)

Is it possible to create a raster larger than this boundary?

(0,2)(2,2)

(0,0)(2,0)

I tried extent but it didn't work.

Is there any solution?
