I am using Dashboard to display Stormwater data. I have lists configured for structures and another set configured for conveyances; however, the conveyance configuration is not working. The Structures are points and the Conveyances are lines. None of the actions are triggering after a selection is made for conveyances but it does work for the structures. Pop-ups will not show up in the map on the dashboard when one of the features is selected; however, it will pop-up when in I am looking at the layer Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic.
Is there a configuration I am missing?
One thing to look for could be on the settings of the map to ensure the map element allows for pop-ups!

Same problem here, works perfectly in another Dashboard. I replicated the the process for another Dashboard and I cant get it figured out.
I replicated the process for another workflow as well and cannot figure it out either. I was hoping the new analysis tools in Map Viewer would resolve my issue; however, the tool I need is not in Map Viewer yet. The join tool in Map Viewer does not have the option to make a view layer which would be dynamically linked to the source data.
I spoke with ESRI support about this issue and could not fix the issue. There is an enhancement ticket in to bring the ability to create a host view layer when performing a Join in Map Viewer that I am hoping will fix this issue.
