I have created routes through fleet routing api.Now I want to send a device on one of the generated route with live navigation and re-routing.How can I integrate that feature to my application.
The Native ArcGIS Map SDKs have APIs to help with building a navigation app. There are a number of SDKs and a starting point for their documentation can be found at apis-and-sdks. A specific example in .Net can be found at navigate-a-route .
