First you must be running Enterprise 11.2 or greater. The setting is found on the General tab of each widget in the actual dashboard. This way you can configure your dashboard to allow downloads from specific widgets instead of them all.
Hi, I am struggling to find resources on how to enable the "allow source data download" setting when using ArcGIS Server Manager instead of a hosted feature layer in AGOL. We are using an enterprise server. Do anyone know how I should proceed to enable this functionality?
Hi @MichaelVasaya , is there a reason why users must be member of the organisation to be able to download publicly shared data (with download enabled) from a publicly shared dashboard? Using experience builder, table content (and features) can be downloaded (as csv, json...) without login...

Hey Chris!Here is an awesome Tech Article that outlines some of the causes of and solutions/workarounds for enabling data downloads in your ArcGIS Dashboard.Also, when data download is enabled, data can only be downloaded by users who are signed in to an ArcGIS Online account. For dashboards shared publicly that include elements with data download enabled, anonymous users do not see the Download data option on the element.

Thanks for the video. I'm having an issue in a Table widget where the source data download generates an error, the summarized data downloads fine. Any ideas to a cause/fix?
