ArcPro Graphic Glitch

I am curious what would cause this issue with ArcPro where when zoomed to a certain point (~1:60,000 and in) the basemaps glitch as can be seen in the photo attached. Is this a matter of the computer hardware not being sufficient? Thanks!

@ccaldwell - I've created a new ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 project, found the same exact area in the World Topographic basemap, zoomed in and out at 1:60,000 and do not see the same lines from the lakes you do.  A couple things to try:

1. Run the Can your computer run ArcGIS Pro 3.0? tool to see if your hardware is sufficient.
2. Update your video card drivers.
3. Go to your Project->Options->Display and clear your cache.
4. Rename your ESRI folder in your C:\users\<user_profile>\appdata\local and C:\users\<user_profile>\appdata\roaming to ESRI_OLD.

Does the issue persist?
