Modify Route FromDate without deleting

Question

If a route has been added to the LRS with an incorrect FromDate, is it possible to modify this date attribute for the route and associated calibration points/events?

When attempting to modify this route attribute in the attribute table for ArcGIS Pro, the error is returned:

ERROR: Unable to complete operation., Only Location Referencing tools can be used to edit this feature/field.

Is the only option to delete the route with incorrect FromDate and reload all of the events?

@AndrewLaux FromDate/ToDate are APR managed fields and cannot be updated manually; this is important for data integrity and keep routes, calibration points, associated events in sync. Hence, the error returned when modifying APR reserved fields is as-designed and expected.

The best practice is to perform versioned editing and QA/QC before posting edits.  If this is not a production/versioned environment, it would be best to delete and reload.
