update the text of the panel-automatically

Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to insert in storymaps (mapseries- side accordion) an HTML code that automatically updates the content on the side panel. In other words, i would like to update the text of the panel by writing in an external .doc

Its possible?

maybe is not possible to modify directly in the panel!

Sure. If you host some HTML code on another web server you can embed it in the side panel of the story map. Click the Insert image, video, or web page button, choose the web page option, and paste in the link to your hosted web page. Anytime you update the HTML page the story will reflect the updates the next time the story is loaded.
