Fail to load image in ArcGIS StoryMaps

Hi all.

I experience problems with ArcGIS StoryMaps. There are some images attached in my storyMap. However, every time the storyMap opens, there are some images (not all images) failed to load and found that http response is 404. Then I saw a broken icon and right click "load image". The image was showed finally. Any idea to solve this issue. Thanks.

This isn't expected, but we aren't aware of any current issues that match this description. I tried transcribing the story id from your screenshot, but the story doesn't appear to be publicly shared. Can you share your story so we can take a look?
