load local shp file failed

Question

I tried to load local shp file using runtime sdk for android ,but it load failed with "Unlicense file". Is there a charge for this too?

Accessing local data like shapefiles, Geopackages etc require STANDARD license. See further details in the license capabilities matrix here.
