Global Navigation does not turn off the header for apps launched from the Gallery Card in Enterprise Sites

Hi All,

Turning off the Global Navigation option in ArcGIS Enterprise Sites does not turn off the header for apps launched from the Gallery Card in Enterprise Sites. Does anyone know why this is the case? And how do I turn it off?
