How to define topology Lines cannot intersect polygons

I need to check if roads intersect buildings and fix this topology error. But there is no match in the topological rules

More of a manual approach but you could use the Intersect tool for buildings and roads, then symbolize the output a thick red line, and manually correct the errors using feature modification tools.  Granted, a very manual approach but it would work.
