WFS to table using FME data interoperability creating null values

I'm getting the issue that this user has posted arcgis desktop - Data Interoperability Conversion WFS Layer, Duplicate .XSI_NIL Field? - Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange

I have a WFS service which I'm using to truncate & update a table stored as sql geo db. Some values are correct however I'm getting a majority of Null values & when I look at the FME explorer I can see lots of extra columns that are repeated with a duplicate field as per the post above.

When I use the standard WFS to table tool this works fine without the Null values however I'm using the interop ext to create a tool so that I run this with Python.
