Install extensions on a per machine basis

Wondering if there is a way to enable extensions per machine?  We are using using ArcGis Pro version 3 with a concurrent license.  When I log into the machine with my admin account > launch argis Pro > settings > licensing > configure your licensing options > I am able to enable an extension here, but it only seems to reflect for my current account.  Is there a way to enable to extension for all users?

hm_1 - I looked into your question and there was a 2019 Esri Community post here that describes how to do this using a registry item, exporting it out and applying it to other workstations.  May be worth a test.
