We have Enterprise portal 10.8.1. We are not able to configure search by table as mentioned in https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-feature-search.htm.
Is there settings that needs to be changed to achieve this configuration??
I don't believe that functionality is available at Enterprise 10.8.1. The link above is for ArcGIS Online, which is updated more frequently. Enterprise eventually incorporates all those changes, but it takes a release or two for that to happen. That functionality is available at 10.9.1 and up, but there's not a way to bring it to older versions.
