I couldn’t figure out why enabling the “export data” option for “feature layer” fails and ends up with the error below:

Unable to load https://jamalnuman1:7443/arcgis/sharing/proxy?https://localhost:6443/arcgis/rest/admin/services/Hosted/JifnaParcels/FeatureServer/updateDefinition status: 400

What might be the issue here?
