ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0\Pro 3.0.2: Why the “publish” buttons gets grayed out as the “feature” option is selected under the “copy all data” section?

 

As per the screenshot below, despite the fact that the relational ArcGIS Data Store is configured, the “publish” buttons gets grayed out as the “feature” option is selected under the “copy all data” section

 

What could be the issue here?

Hi @JamalNUMAN,

If you hover over the the Publish button, there should be a message that explains why it is disabled. Sharing a web feature layer that copies all data to ArcGIS Enterprise requires the privilege to publish hosted feature layers. 

Please ensure that your member role allows you to publish hosted feature layers.
