Tree View in Popup Displays Record Multiple Times

When I click on a feature in the Map, it displays the single feature multiple times in the Tree View. I made sure there was only one record that was clicked on and not duplicate features. At the bottom of the popup, there aren't multiple records to click through. I also selected by attribute to make sure I wasn't getting multiple hits. I noticed that this doesn't happen if the layer has a definition query on it. There are no related tables. Anyone else see this phenomenon? Attached is a screenshot.
