Very BIG BUG ON IMAGE BASEMAP

Sorry Noah, i do not know who i have to mention here, hope you will help.

In Gerogia's (Republic of Georgia) capital Tbilisi we have big water reservoir, called "Tbilisi Reservoir" or "Tbilisi sea".

ESRI on it's image basemap have sign in English letters, but in Russian meaning "Tbilisskoye Vodokhranilishche". This is a very big bug and mistake. See attached pic. please.
