Rotate TO a value, rather than rotate BY a value

When rotating a feature it would be really useful if you could rotate to a value / angle i.e. straighten horizontally, rather than having to calculate the value needed to make the feature horizontal.

@RSL Can you please provide a bit more details? You mention wanting to "straighten horizontally". How would this work for a complex polygon? A group of selected points?
